Operate front-end loaders and heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant, loading and unloading trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors to keep operations flowing. Work side-by-side with the crew to maintain schedule, checking equipment before and after shifts and reporting any needed repairs. Follow all safety rules, maintain a clean work area, and assist with inventory counts. Pitch ideas to plant leaders and lend a hand wherever needed. Valid driver's license and willingness to work in all weather conditions required.
