Job Summary
Mix raw materials per specification to ensure proper blend and moisture content for upcoming production days. Receive and separate incoming loads of raw materials by species, then load the infeed bin according to the production schedule. Inspect material quality to standard and notify leadership of any defects. Perform daily loader inspections and maintenance, requiring mechanical aptitude and the ability to use basic tools. Communicate workflow status with co-workers throughout the shift. This role operates in a 2nd or 3rd shift (3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am) in Marathon, WI, with a salary of $20-$22/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to two years of industrial loader experience. Candidates must possess strong coordination, the ability to concentrate for extended periods, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
