Job Summary
Loader Operator needed to feed and manage materials for a wet-mix central plant at Hubbard, TX. Responsibilities include moving heavy bulk aggregates from stockpiles into the plant bins, adapting charging speeds to demand, operating heavy equipment with awareness of ground crew and trucks, conducting daily pre-shift inspections, basic maintenance, maintaining material integrity to prevent cross-contamination, managing stockpiles to prevent segregation, optimizing fuel use, preventing stockpile degradation, maintaining clean stockpile floors, coordinating with visiting inspectors/engineers, completing and signing daily inspection checklists, collecting material delivery tickets and handing them to Admin Support, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, detail-orientation, ability to multi-task, and travel as part of the core plant crew; offers competitive salary and benefits; HR contact listed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities
