Loader Operator

Loader Operator responsible for operating a rubber-tired front-end loader to lift and transport bulk materials, perform pre-shift inspections, machine maintenance, and site housekeeping while following safety procedures. Responsibilities include starting and operating the loader, manipulating the bucket to load and dump material, performing routine inspections of batch plant equipment, conveyors, belts, and gear boxes, conducting weekly and monthly maintenance tasks, and maintaining clear communication with supervisors and customers. Required skills include at least 12 months of loader/operator experience on 980M/982M models, basic mechanical maintenance, safety-conscious work habits, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a High School GED; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
