Job Summary
Loader Operator role at Amrize North America Inc. operates straight or articulated rubber-tired front-end loader to lift and transport bulk materials, performs pre-shift inspections, site maintenance, and communicates with supervisors and customers. Responsibilities include starting and operating the loader, maneuvering to load/unload material, performing routine maintenance, maintaining cleanliness of the plant area, following safety policies, and ensuring proper start-up and shutdown procedures. Requires 12 months of loader experience with 980M/982M loaders, basic mechanical maintenance knowledge, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a GED; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders
- Prior work experience around heavy equipment/construction/paving preferred
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills
- Proven safety record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school GED
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
