Loader Operator

Job Summary
Operate straight or articulated rubber-tired front-end loader to lift and transport bulk materials, including moving materials to and from storage/processing areas. Perform pre-shift inspections, daily and weekly equipment checks, routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning), and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies. Maintain communication with supervisors and customers; ensure proper start-up, shutdown, and plant cleanliness; comply with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders
- Prior work experience preferred around heavy equipment/construction/paving
- Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills
- Proven safety record
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school GED
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
