Job Summary
Feed the plant using a loader to move peat, perlite, vermiculite and wood fibers; keep work areas clean; ensure pallets are correctly placed and in good order; maintain equipment performance and reduce waste; follow the schedule to ensure a constant plant supply. Requires forklift use, ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly, punctual and reliable, teamwork, and availability for all shifts and weekends. Seasonal position with daytime schedule, 40 hours per week; includes training and benefits.
