Job Summary
Safely operate a rubber tire loader while adhering to safety procedures, feeding plants, loading trucks, and maintaining clean yard roadways. Communicate continuously with the field supervisor regarding assigned work and specific instructions. Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment, including oil and filter changes and repairs, while inspecting machinery and maintaining written logs of deficiencies. Utilize hand tools such as wrenches and sledge hammers to maintain or repair equipment. Maintain housekeeping of the work site, including trash pickup and proper tool storage, and end each day with equipment storage. Work in all weather conditions, climb heights up to 20 feet regularly, and lift 100 pounds as needed. Must be 18 years of age with some experience and excellent communication skills.
