Job Summary
Loader Operator on 1st Shift responsible for local delivery and execution of core loading to vendors and managers in a manufacturing facility. Operate a sit-down forklift and related equipment (mobile column lifts, mobile entry crane); load/unload trucks, ensure loads are centered, track ship dates, and coordinate with supervisor to support out-building servicing. Must work outdoors in all seasons, prioritize daily schedules, collaborate with production, and perform occasional pallet building. Safety-focused role requiring PPE and good manual dexterity; includes travel to offsite locations and interaction with multiple teams. Requires high school or equivalent education; 2+ years loading/unloading experience; FLT and crane certifications; proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and web browser.

- Completion of high school or equivalent education plus additional education is required.
- 2+ years previous loading and unloading experience
- FLT certifications and crane cert
