Job Summary
Loader/Greeter responsible for welcoming guests at Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights, assisting guests onto/off trolleys, educating guests about the experiences, and Fantasy in Lights queue duties such as scanning tickets, educating guests about the experience and operation, and directing traffic in and out of the queuing lot. Requires outdoor work, ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and age 16 or older. Emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork to ensure a positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work outdoors
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
