Job Summary
Load and unload materials, products, and equipment using forklifts or pallet jacks. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies. Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to maximize space. Follow all safety protocols and coordinate with warehouse and production staff to meet shipping deadlines. Night and Day Shift positions available with 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, off every other weekend. High school diploma required; forklift certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to safely operate loading equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse loading role
- Forklift operator certification
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or warehouse management software
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
