Job Summary
Cleans and visually inspects railcars before transfer, connects or disconnects loading arm hoses, and inspects for leaks while weighing railcars and completing paperwork. Meets with vessel personnel, maintains detailed dock logs, operates crane and hydraulic equipment, understands facility piping layouts, gauges barges, and retrieves product samples. Completes any other assigned duties to ensure job completion. Requires fluent English, valid driver's license or TWIC card, and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- valid Driver's License
- valid TWIC card
