Job Summary
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment while performing basic inspections and reporting malfunctions. Receive and accurately locate inventory using RF scanning technology, then pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound shipments according to customer requirements. Load and unload trucks efficiently, execute daily tasks in prescribed sequences to meet delivery deadlines, and participate in cycle counts for inventory accuracy. Maintain a clean work area in accordance with 5S standards and report unsafe conditions immediately. This role requires previous forklift operation experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. You will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, meeting established productivity and safety goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts as scheduled
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
- Ability to wear all required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–4 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Experience using hand tools
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards
