Job Summary
Load chemicals into or from tanks, trailers, rail cars, or other containers while strictly following proper procedures and wearing required PPE. Pump liquid chemicals and petroleum products into or from tank cars, trucks, or barges, verifying tank car numbers against loading instructions and connecting ground cables to manage static electricity. Inspect interiors for cleanliness and exteriors for leaks or damage, removing or replacing dome caps with appropriate tools. Swing loading spouts over domes, turn valves to admit liquids, and lower gauge rods or sample bottles to verify volumes and conduct laboratory testing. Seal outlet valves, clean interiors using mechanical nozzles, and inspect or replace rupture discs, vacuum relief valves, and gaskets as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
- A valid TWIC Card
- A Driver's License
- Employees must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and use hands and fingers to perform assigned duties
- Positions may require lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- PTEC degree
- 1+ years' experience in an Industrial setting
