Loader – Austin Industrial (Bishop, TX)

Loader to be based in Bishop, TX responsible for safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within an industrial facility while supporting daily operations. Works closely with operations and shipping teams to ensure materials are handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with site requirements. Key duties include loading/unloading from trucks/railcars/storage areas, operating material handling equipment such as forklifts or loaders, transporting materials within the facility, inspecting loads for accuracy and proper securement, assisting with staging for outgoing shipments, maintaining clean and organized work areas, performing routine equipment inspections, supporting inventory tracking and basic documentation, communicating with supervisors and shipping personnel, and performing general labor tasks as assigned. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, experience in material handling or warehouse environments preferred, forklift/heavy equipment experience a plus, ability to work safely in an industrial environment, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, outdoor/plant environments, and working varying schedules including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
