Job Summary
Loader I responsible for pulling and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks and flatbeds, and ensuring secure, safe product handling. Core duties include locating, counting, packaging, inspecting for damage, palletizing, and recording inbound freight; operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and using banders; maintaining packing accuracy and following safety rules and PPE protocols; requires basic math, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Based in Tampa, FL with a general 40-hour workweek schedule (M-F, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and Tue-Sat 7 AM–3:30 PM); education preferred: high school diploma or equivalent; benefits include medical, vision, dental, life, disability, 401k, PTO, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with loading/unloading, packaging, and shipment preparation preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and up to 70 pounds occasionally
- Good math skills and attention to detail
- Strong safety and PPE adherence
