Load Coverage / Booking Specialist

Load Coverage / Booking Specialist responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing carriers for available freight, ensuring all customer shipments are covered to company quality standards. Responsibilities include actively engaging carriers, collecting capacity, targeting prospects by size/region/equipment, matching capacity to loads in the TMS, assigning optimal carriers, communicating load details, negotiating pricing based on market trends, serving as primary carrier contact, building carrier relationships, providing pickup paperwork, connecting drivers to the tracking app, identifying load issues and collaborating cross-functionally on solutions, gathering PODs and accessorial paperwork, and maintaining strong communication with carriers, internal teams, and customers. Requires upper-intermediate+ English, 0-2 years in a Carrier Sales or logistics-like role, knowledge of transportation regulations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software. Remote-friendly schedule is Sunday-S Thursday 7am-4pm CST; benefits include paid time off and remote eligibility.
