Job Summary
As a Load Controller at Pacific Aviation, you will coordinate weight and balance for aircraft operations, preparing documentation and ensuring safe flight departures. Key responsibilities include calculating estimated zero fuel weights, reviewing flight documentation, verifying cargo details, and communicating last-minute changes to the cockpit crew. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, be effective communicators, and comfortable with airline technology. This part-time night shift position requires fluency in English, with Mandarin preferred, and a commitment to safety and procedural compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-pressure tasks
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable using technology and airline systems
- Self-motivated, methodical, and able to adapt to unexpected situations
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
