Job Summary
Load Builder identifies linen product lines, builds bulk carts by loading the correct products per customer tickets, weighs carts, and enters data into a computer program using a handheld scanner. Works independently or as part of a team, multitasks, assists with other duties as assigned, and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lift heavy items. Required Qualifications
- High School Education, GED, and formal education/training preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- willingness to learn new computer applications
- Good analytical skills to determine number of carts required for orders
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or the service industry
- Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds during loading/unloading
- Ability to push/pull a cart weighing up to 100 pounds
- Demonstrated customer service and organization skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Education: High School or GED
- 1 to 2 years of experience in health care, manufacturing, or similarly situated industries
