Load Builder - Second shift

Job Summary
Performs routine loading and unloading of materials within the yard or on delivery jobs; assembles load packages into trucks for customer deliveries, determines weight and placement for safe hauling, and uses tools to prepare cargo. Reads work orders, moves materials with hand trucks, forklifts, or dollies, labels items, and adheres to safety procedures. Must have forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds; role operates on the Second Shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM) in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training and safety measures provided; opportunities to build skills and advance within an equipment- and safety-focused yard setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three (3) months of experience performing loading/unloading tasks or similar
- Forklift certification required
- Knowledge of safety procedures for forklift driving and materials handling
- Ability to read and write to handle work orders and labeling tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
