Load Builder/Forklift Operator

Load Builder/Forklift Operator responsible for routine loading and unloading of materials in yard or on job sites, assembling load packages for delivery, and ensuring loads are balanced and safe for hauling. Duties include loading/unloading onto pallets and trucks, applying strapping/bracing/padding, determining load weight and placement, moving materials with hand trucks, forklifts, or other devices, attaching labels for identification, lifting heavy objects as needed, and following safety procedures. Must read work orders, follow instructions, and maintain safe work practices; requires forklift certification and 1-2 years of related experience; physical ability to lift up to 100+ pounds and frequent lifting.
