Job Summary
Lead the Outbound Clean Pack team in the Netherlands (Veldhoven) to achieve safe, high-quality operations with on-time delivery, cost targets, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include organizing, inspiring, developing, and coaching a team of ~10 FTE, setting priorities, solving bottlenecks, driving Lean initiatives (LEAN, 5S+1), improving processes, reporting performance, and ensuring alignment with HR&O policies. Requires extensive warehouse logistics leadership experience, SAP ECC/EWM knowledge, strong analytics, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to optimize end-to-end logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a leading position within warehouse logistics or comparable logistics functions
- Experience with SAP ECC/EWM knowledge
- Excellent people leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytics and process improvement experience
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Certificate of conduct and Known Consignor training (VGB) required
