Job Summary
Oversee all daily facility operations in accordance with state and federal regulations while serving as the Designated Compliance Officer to maintain readiness for surveys and audits. Ensure infection control, safety programs, and emergency preparedness are current, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across nursing, therapy, and medical teams to promote resident dignity and quality of life. Lead and mentor all department heads, manage hiring and performance for leadership staff, and control operating expenses to maintain census near capacity. Serve as the primary representative to families, referral partners, and regulators while driving initiatives that improve quality outcomes, employee engagement, and community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum two (2) years of management experience
- Active state-specific Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated experience in staff leadership
- Demonstrated experience in financial oversight
- Demonstrated experience in operations
- Strong communication skills
