Job Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (LNA) position involves providing compassionate nursing care under the direction of a nurse, performing essential patient care activities, and ensuring comfort and safety of patients. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, obtaining vital signs, and maintaining patient care areas. This contract role requires a commitment to 2nd shift hours and includes specific qualifications such as successful completion of a state-approved CNA program.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Verification of TST (Tuberculin Skin Test) as required by state law
- Must complete a minimum of 12 hours of annual continuing education
