Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Support mobility and functional nursing care such as transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit-stand lifts, and Hoyer lifts. Assist with assessments and treatment procedures including vital signs, weights, specimen collection, skin care, and oxygen monitoring while following infection control guidelines. Accept resident assignments from the Nurse Leader, report changes in physical or mental function, and document care levels on flow sheets and data collection forms. Encourage participation in social and recreational activities and maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Active NH LNA License
