Job Summary
Provide direct care and assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting to promote health and independence. Assist with mobility, functional nursing care, transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, and sit-stand lifts. Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors while following infection control guidelines and care protocols for falls prevention, safety, and skin integrity. Accurately document the level of care provided via LNA flow sheets and all other data collection as defined by the individual Care Plan. Accept resident assignment and direction from the Nurse Leader, observing and reporting any changes in physical or mental function.
Required Qualifications
- Active NH LNA License
