LNA/MNA 3p-11p Full Time

Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Support mobility and functional nursing care such as transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, and Hoyer lifts. Develop professional relationships with residents, families, and staff while following infection control guidelines and care protocols for falls prevention, safety, and skin integrity. Accurately document care provided via LNA flow sheets and data collection as defined by individual care plans. Accept resident assignment and direction from the Nurse Leader, reporting any changes in physical or mental function. Work 32 hours weekly in an evening shift with a sign-on bonus.
