LNA/MNA 11p- 7a Full Time

Provide direct resident care and assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Support mobility and functional nursing care such as transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, and Hoyer lifts. Assist with assessments and treatment procedures including vital signs, weights, specimen collection, skin care, and oxygen stats while following infection control guidelines. Accept resident assignments from the Nurse Leader, report changes in physical or mental function, and encourage participation in social and recreational activities. Accurately document care levels using LNA flow sheets and data collection tools. This role offers a 11p to 7a schedule with a 32-hour work week and includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates at RiverWoods Exeter.
