Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, provide emotional support and companionship, and assist with mobility and transfers. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans and maintain a clean, safe environment. Work full-time shifts with every other weekend required, earning base pay of $20–$24 per shift with differentials up to $28 an hour. Receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and access to medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits. Required Qualifications
- Valid state Nursing Assistant License (LNA)
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care
- Every other weekend required
- Must work at least 32 hours per week
