Job Summary
Deliver care to residents in a home-like environment as an LNA; assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting); document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior; engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support; use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care; valid LNA license required; PCA certification provided; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required; experience with dementia is desired.
