LNA Float Pool | Full Time | Rotating

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in a rotating, full-time float pool: provides direct and indirect patient care under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse. Performs activities of daily living and personal care, supports physical, mental health and social needs, documents care and reports observations to the RN, adheres to safe patient handling and time-management requirements, maintains unit cleanliness and supplies, follows delegation principles, serves as a preceptor for new employees, and works within a team to deliver high-quality patient care under NH Board of Nursing guidelines and CH policies.
