Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor and record patient vital signs while reporting changes to the nursing team, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, patient-centered approach. Valid New Hampshire licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant is required, with previous healthcare experience preferred.
