Job Summary
Production Manager responsible for on-stage, backstage, show settlement, and technical details of concerts/events at Live Nation-operated venues. Coordinates between tours/clients and venue production; advances production needs and rider requirements; interfaces with vendors, tours, clients, and venue teams; manages day-of-show operations, show accounting, and vendor payments; tracks labor costs and budgets; coordinates subcontractors and staff onboarding; ensures safety, efficiency and adherence to best practices; requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with standard Windows office tools and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs in a loud, high-energy setting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Combination of 5 plus years in live event or concert production; venue or touring environment preferred
- Experience with setup and operation of technical elements (audio, lighting, video, electrical, staging)
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to manage budgets and track labor costs
- Flexibility to work days/nights, weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in loud environments
