Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepoint)
- Strong analytics capability: proven experience using HR data, dashboards, and metrics
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification
- Workday experience or similar HRIS
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with Engagement and Survey Platforms such as Culture Amp and Qualtrics
- People management experience
