Job Summary
Assist in administration for tours of all sizes by gathering and managing calendar avails and holds, organizing tour routing files, and distributing tour files such as confirmations, contacts, and tech packs. Utilize TM1 and other systems to gather ticketing data, serve as a liaison for industry and guest ticketing requests on site, and work with tour finance on reporting and payment needs. Create reports for stakeholders, update event budgets, and review artist contracts per company guidelines while liaising with artists, agents, and managers. Maintain event budgets with supervision and gather necessary documents for Tour Directors and Promoters to make decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fully fluent in Spanish
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to recognize organizational and define problems, collect information, establish facts, and implement innovative solutions
- Highly organized
- Proactive work ethic
- Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Concur
- Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and to work in an environment that is constantly changing
Desired Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Entertainment industry experience preferred
