Job Summary
Senior Director, Tour Marketing leads development and execution of innovative marketing plans for touring campaigns, partnering with promoters and cross-functional teams to drive ticket sales, fan engagement, and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing launch campaigns (PR and influencer/content creators), building ticket-sale timelines, leveraging audience data to optimize performance, overseeing national and local promotions, coordinating digital media campaigns, producing marketing assets (audio/video spots, key art, social content), and applying best practices across paid, owned, and earned media. Requires 10+ years in live-entertainment marketing, strong relationships with clients, clear strategic communication, ability to lead multi-project initiatives under pressure, and a bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in project mgmt tools (Asana knowledge a plus), digital asset workflows, and budget management is expected. This 12-month fixed-term, full-time assignment may end earlier with notice. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10+ years of marketing experience in live entertainment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets
- Strong communication skills
- Proven client relationship skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Box
- Experience with digital asset management and Asana a plus
- Spanish language skills a plus
