Job Summary
Seasonal Booking Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Indianapolis Talent Buying Team; manages trackers for offers, holds, and deal progression; processes venue and artist contracts, COIs, and co-promote agreements; monitors deadlines; reviews offers for accurate expenses and deal points; sends confirmation sheets; facilitates information flow for on-sales; compiles digital show folders; corresponds with third-party venues; prepares settlements (night-of-show as needed); supports special projects; regional travel as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous administrative work
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Eagerness to support others
- Experience using Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of legal terms and concepts used in artist and venue contracts
- Must work well under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Adaptable with work hours, supporting weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
