Job Summary
Part-time Seasonal Regional Latin Marketing Coordinator for the Northeast (New England and Capital) supporting the Regional Latin Marketing Director with audience research, asset delivery, invoicing, event marketing recap reports, and day-of-show coverage. Requires Spanish fluency, knowledge of Latin music, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends and evenings during show dates.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- Extensive knowledge of Latin music and Latin media landscape
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
- Prior experience in marketing and/or event planning within entertainment, sports, or public assembly facility setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy, high-pressure, team setting
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings as required
- Day of show event coverage as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Experience with grassroots marketing within the Northeast or Latin music markets (preferred)
- Experience with grassroots initiatives and community outreach (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities beyond Spanish (e.g., English/Spanish) being a plus
