Job Summary
Global Content Manager (Temporary) for Live Nation Entertainment overseeing social media and content marketing for touring artists and tours. Leads real-time social coverage, content creation, asset management, and cross-channel communications (Asana, Slack, email) across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube. This 6-8 month assignment focuses on strategy execution, prioritization, and collaboration with tour marketing teams to deliver fan-centric social storytelling.
Required Qualifications
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- 5+ years of experience in social media management and content marketing strategy
- Social media savvy across platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with leadership ability
- Ability to adjust priorities based on new requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with a creative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and team-player mentality
- Understanding of content marketing and production, timelines, workflows, and distribution across social media platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Understanding of live entertainment industry (concerts & comedy) - superfans welcome
- In-app editing experience (TikTok, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to film on-the-fly mobile phone content for social feeds
- Experience with asset management, real-time show coverage, and content archiving
- Strong ability to manage multiple social media requests and maintain content coverage across global tours
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with social media management tools (Sprout, Later, and/or other similar software) (preferred)
- In-app editing experience (TikTok, CapCut, etc.) (preferred)
- Ability to film on-the-fly mobile phone content for social feeds (preferred)
- Desire to learn, adapt, and implement current and future creative, content, and social trends
- Strong familiarity with live entertainment industry (concerts & comedy)
- Proven ability to adjust priorities based on new requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience maintaining and executing content calendars and reporting related to social channels
- Strong storytelling sense and ability to identify social trends for storytelling opportunities
- Customer- and fan-centric approach to content and social marketing
- Experience with real-time social media coverage and live event post coverage
