LN Concerts, Analyst - Business Development

Lead financial underwriting and analysis for venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities; build and maintain detailed financial models including discounted cash flow analyses and joint venture structures; conduct market research, competitive analyses, and property-level due diligence to support evaluation of new acquisition and development opportunities; prepare approval memoranda, presentations, and supporting materials for senior leadership and investment partners; coordinate with leasing brokers and legal counsel during development and acquisition opportunities; maintain the deal pipeline and lead underwriting and financial analysis to develop investment recommendations for senior leadership and investment committees; manage due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, operational, and commercial disciplines; evaluate transaction structures, partnership arrangements, and financing alternatives to optimize investment returns; lead market assessments to inform Live Nation's venue growth and expansion strategy.
