Job Summary
Senior Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable requirements for engineering teams; lead discovery sessions, document current-state processes, translate objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria, create buildable specifications, facilitate backlog prioritization, identify automation/AI opportunities, and collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure clear, actionable documentation and aligned delivery across LATAM-based engagements.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Product Operations, Systems Analysis, Technical Project Management, or related fields
- Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder interviewing skills
- Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, process documentation, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to quickly understand new business domains and operational workflows
- Experience working closely with software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Excellent written documentation skills
- Advanced English required
- Familiarity with AI tools
