Job Summary
Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients in a hybrid setting, managing a caseload of at least 15 patients weekly across evenings, weekends, and in-person hours. Build self-pay referrals and work independently within a fee-for-service model while engaging in weekly individual and group supervision with Dr. Kull. Participate in ongoing didactic training, clinical seminars, and case discussions focused on psychoanalytic and relational approaches, including support for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Maintain a minimum of 15 weekly patient contacts and attend Thursday group training from 9am–12pm.
Required Qualifications
- LMSW or LCSW licensed in New York State
- Master's in social work from an accredited program
- Availability to see at least 15 patients/week, including a mix of evenings, weekends, and/or in-person hours
- Interest in psychoanalytic and relational approaches
- Cover letter detailing your interest and how you see yourself contributing
