Job Summary
Drive system strategy as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies, specifically Cornerstone on Demand. Manage the entire system lifecycle including upgrades, replacements, and retirements while ensuring strict GxP compliance and data governance. Shape product roadmaps by partnering with the Global Learning Solutions team to define vision, align backlogs, and prioritize enhancements. Lead cross-functional teams spanning global learning departments, business stakeholders, and IT partners to mobilize continuous improvement initiatives and oversee master data validation. Govern the learning ecosystem to ensure seamless data flow and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites. This role requires 7+ years of experience in LMS technology within regulated pharmaceutical environments and involves serving as the dedicated Business Data Steward.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Learning Management technology and platform management—specifically Cornerstone on Demand
- Roche Super Admin-level competency
- Strong understanding of database management, data analytics, and software validation within validated or controlled pharmaceutical/healthcare environments (GMP, FDA, GxP)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (or an equivalent qualification like a Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
- Proven track record in formulating long-term computer system strategies
- Experience with validated or controlled environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA) and Quality Systems
- A technical foundation paired with business acumen is essential for success in this hybrid role
- Experience with Agile Methodologies
