Job Summary
LMS Administrator responsible for day-to-day LMS administration including configuration, course setup, user management, reporting, troubleshooting, and integrations. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support learning initiatives, optimize the LMS experience, curate learning resources, deploy content, and implement improvements for usability and navigation. Requires designing and delivering learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360, Canva, and Camtasia; managing certifications, assessments, pathways, and analytics; and ensuring effective LMS integrations and best practices. Office presence in Park Ridge, IL on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional technology, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years of LMS administration experience
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred)
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or Camtasia
- Knowledge of LMS integrations (APIs, webhooks, automation workflows)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with global or member-based organizations preferred
- Understanding of instructional design principles and digital learning best practices
- Experience collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and external consultants
- The position is required to be in our Park Ridge, IL office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
