Required Qualifications
- Fully-licensed Mental Health Therapist with LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (state-by-state accepted)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- license to practice as a mental health professional
- ability to start accepting insurance and credentialing for in-network participation
