Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) for Headway platform. Role focuses on launching or expanding a private practice by accepting insurance through Headway’s network, credentialing across multiple states, and leveraging Headway’s built-in features (EHR, scheduling, secure client messaging, assessments, and CEUs). Requires active licensure at Master’s level or above with one of the specified licenses, NPI, malpractice insurance, and ability to credential for multiple plans (including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid). The position emphasizes building a practice with insurance-based clients, predictable bi-weekly payments, and access to a nationwide network. Fully remote work is supported with Akron, OH as a location reference for credentialing and state-specific considerations.
