Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) to join Headway’s platform and launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance. You’ll become credentialed for free across multiple states, work within Headway’s nationwide insurance network, and leverage built-in tools such as real-time scheduling, secure client messaging, end-to-end documentation templates, built-in assessments, and CEUs through Headway Academy. The role emphasizes helping clients access affordable care by taking insurance, with dependable bi-weekly payments and compliance support, while focusing on delivering high-quality mental health services within the Headway ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed Mental Health Therapist with LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LCSW, LICSW licensure (state variations accepted)
- valid NPI number
- malpractice insurance
- ability to launch or grow private practice and take insurance
- credentialing for multiple states (free) in <30 days
- in-network with major plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid
- built-in EHR features and scheduling tools
- bi-weekly payments
