Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) needed to launch or expand a private practice on Headway. Role involves joining Headway which facilitates taking insurance, credentialing for free in multiple states, and accessing a nationwide insurance network. Responsibilities include growing an in-network practice, managing insurance credentialing, receiving bi-weekly payments, utilizing built-in EHR features (scheduling, client messaging, documentation templates, assessments), and pursuing CEUs via Headway Academy while delivering therapy to clients in-network with major plans including Medicare Advantage and Medicaid. Must be fully licensed (as listed) with an active NPI and malpractice insurance. Headway notes they cannot support professionals who arent fully licensed at this time.
