Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) with a Master’s level or higher and state licensure. The role supports launching or expanding a private practice by helping providers credential for free, accepting insurance, and growing earnings within Headway’s network. Responsibilities include credentialing across states, staying compliant with audit resources, working with plans most clients use (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid), accessing Headway’s EHR and scheduling tools, secure client messaging and documentation templates, and earning CEUs through Headway Academy. The platform promises predictable bi-weekly payments, built-in compliance resources, and a nationwide network for higher reimbursement rates, enabling therapists to manage practice logistics in one place while expanding client access to insured care.
