Job Summary
LMHC (Remote) needed to launch or expand a private practice with Headway. Fully licensed mental health counselors can join Headway to start accepting insurance, credentialing across multiple states, and seeing insured clients sooner. Responsibilities include growing a practice by taking insurance, leveraging Headway’s built-in compliance, EHR, schedules, secure messaging, assessments templates, and CEUs through Headway Academy. Providers receive bi-weekly payments, work within Headway’s multi-state insurance network (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid), and maintain licensure and malpractice coverage. Must be licensed at Master’s level or above with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure, have a valid NPI, and malpractice insurance.
